	VILLA CELESTE The villa is in the village of Mazzaforno and lies right on the sea shore along a stretch of the coast that has a wonderful view of the beautiful little town Cefal�. The villa has private access to the sea! In the little village of Mazzaforno there are some small food shops, and a few hundred metres away there are some sandy beaches that can be reached by foot. Palermo is 70km away and can easily be reached by car. In the summer you can spend most of your time outside on the covered veranda, which is next to the living-room, and it is equipped with the right kind of furniture. You can also walk down the garden towards the sea, or under the pergola, shaded by tall trees, where you will find a large rustic table and barbecue equipment. For those who like to enjoy the sun in complete privacy this is possible on the sun terrace on the first floor. The best characteristic of Villa Celeste is the private path down to the sea, which leads down to the smooth rocks below, where you will find a sea of an intense blue colour. The furniture is simple but of good quality and the villa is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, telephone, TV and parking inside the property. The villa is perfectly located by the sea. The beautiful village Cefal� is 5km away and can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Description: Ground floor: There is alarge combined dining and living area with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with bath tub and shower. There is also a single bedroom (1 additional bed can be provided) with a bathroom and shower. On this floor there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, and another bathroom with shower. First floor: One this floor there is a large sun-bathing terrace. Since the house is close the sea and does not have central heating, it could be a little bit damp in the spring.
